Our method
Applied research,

Miraclay research starts from the horse's real problem, not from the laboratory. We observe, we listen to the professionals, we study the specific needs of the modern sport horse — and then we develop solutions.
We collaborate with university research centres for the chemical analysis of raw materials and the validation of formulations. But the definitive test is always in the field: if it doesn't work in a professional rider's stable, it doesn't work.
Every product is born from a real problem, is formulated with scientific criteria, tested by professionals, and only then brought to market. This process takes time — but it guarantees quality.

The process
From the quarry to the finished product
Step 01
Raw material selection
Chemical analysis of every extracted clay batch. Only the lots that meet the mineral composition standards are accepted. Full traceability from quarry to product.
Step 02
Controlled processing
Low-temperature drying (max 40°C) to preserve the crystalline structure. Dry micronisation to obtain optimal particle size without chemical agents.
Step 03
Formulation
The complementary active ingredients (menthol, arnica, vegetable tar, vegetable oils) are selected for synergy with the clay matrix and tested in the laboratory before being added to the formula.
Step 04
Field test
Every formulation is tested on real horses in real conditions: competition, training, recovery. Feedback from FISE technicians, grooms and veterinarians. No product is launched without practical validation.
Step 05
Quality control
Microbiological analyses, stability tests, verification of the mineral composition on the finished product. Every lot is traced and documented.
Step 06
Finished product
Packaging in Italy with selected materials. Complete and transparent labelling. Ready to use, no preparation required.
The usage protocols
How to use Miraclay
Post-training recovery
Application to the limbs within 30 minutes of the end of exercise. Application time: 45–60 min. Frequency: 3–5 times/week.

Application the evening before the competition or in the morning well in advance. Do not apply in the 3 hours before the competition.

Administration in the main meal. Dose: 50g/day for an adult horse (300–500kg). Cycles of 30–60 days.
