When to use it
What Cavalli Scalzi is for
Natural clay, activated charcoal and vegetable tar. Formulated for barefoot and shod foot care: it strengthens the horn structure and maintains natural balance and protection.
Instructions
How to apply
Clean the hoof
Remove mud, gravel and debris with the hoof pick. Clean the sole and the frog clefts.
Apply to the sole
With a wide brush or your fingers, spread an even layer over the sole, frog and lower part of the wall.
Let it dry
Let it air-dry for 20–30 minutes before the horse walks on the ground. It forms a protective film.
Frequency
2–3 applications per week for maintenance. After trimming: apply immediately and on the following 2 evenings.
