How long do I leave the clay on the limbs?

The effective minimum is 45 minutes. The ideal post-training time is 60–90 minutes. For overnight use (after a competition) you can leave it on for 6–8 hours with no problems. Avoid exceeding 12 hours.

Does it rinse off with water or do I need something else?

Just lukewarm water and a sponge. The clay dissolves easily without the need for shampoo or degreasers. Rinse until the limb is clean.

How many times a week is it used?

During the competition season: 3–5 times a week. For off-season maintenance: 2 times. There is no maximum limit — the more you use it, the better.

Is it good after a competition?

That's exactly where it performs best. Apply as soon as the horse is back in the stable and washed down. Leave on overnight for maximum recovery.

Is it suitable for daily use?

Yes. The formula is gentle on the skin even with frequent applications. Many professional riders use it every day after training.

Can I use it together with ClayPower?

ArgiStrong is for the daily routine. ClayPower is to be used on competition days or when there is marked swelling. You can alternate them or use ClayPower after the more demanding competitions.

How to apply

Clean the limb

Remove mud and debris with water. The limb does not need to be perfectly dry — damp is fine too.

Apply the clay

Spread a uniform layer of about 5mm from the coronet up to the hock, using your fingers or a spatula.

Let it work

Let it air-dry. Post-training: 60–90 minutes. Post-competition: overnight. Do not cover with film.

Rinse off

Remove with lukewarm water and a sponge. The clay dissolves easily. Dry with a cloth.
