Equilibrium is clay and nothing else — but not just any clay. Micronised Nocera Umbra clay (smectite/bentonite-montmorillonite) reaches a granulometry of just a few microns, which allows it to adhere to the gastric mucosa, forming a uniform protective layer.
Lamellar 2:1 structure, surface area > 600–800 m²/g, CEC 80–150 meq/100g. Granulometry optimised to maximise contact with the gastric mucosa.

What Equilibrium is for
Complementary mineral feed based on micronised natural clay. Supports gastrointestinal wellbeing, improves digestion and optimises nutrient absorption.
Instructions
How to apply
Measure the dose
50g per day for an adult horse of 300–500 kg. Use the supplied scoop or a standard kitchen measure (3 heaped spoonfuls).
Mix into the feed
Add directly to the main meal. Mix well with hay, grass or concentrate. The clay's neutral taste is accepted by most horses.
Administer every day
Consistency is essential. A minimum 30-day cycle is needed to appreciate the benefits on the gastric mucosa.
Maintain after the cycle
After the full cycle, reduce to 25–30g/day as a maintenance dose. Your vet can advise the most suitable protocol.
